Janina Fisher, a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, is deputy director of the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute. She worked at the Trauma Center, founded by Bessel van der Kolk. Known for her expertise as a clinician, author and speaker, she has also been president of the New England Society for the Treatment of Trauma and Dissociation and a lecturer at Harvard Medical School. In our editions she published Sensomotor Psychotherapy (with P. Ogden, 2016) and Healing the Fragmentation of the Self (2017).
