Personality disorders, from borderline disorder to narcissism, make up a large part of the serious disorders with which services or psychotherapists increasingly have to deal. The need for appropriate diagnosis and effective treatment has become an increasing need.
In this 4-hour seminar Otto Kernberg will explain his concept of object relations, what he means by borderline organization, pathological narcissism, and the essential principles of his method of treatment for personality disorders (TFP, Transference-Focused Psychotherapy).
The seminar is introduced by Clara Mucci with an in-depth discussion of her theories and method in the international arena.
